I was born in 1976 in Lisbon but in 2001 I chose the Algarve to live.

Here I became a mother, with 6 experiences of pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding all possitive but different.

I have 3 boys and 3 girls and every day I am challenged to do the best I can as a mother!

In 2011, I decided to turn the passion for motherhood into a career and I became a doula and breastfeeding counsultant.

Since that time I help women like you to experience pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and breastfeeding in a peaceful and confident way.

I have directly helped over 200 families, but many more are touched every day by my work.
